Centralized Waitlist
Centralized Waitlist
In November of 2025, PELASS implemented a Centralized Waitlist for parents and caregivers looking to access care within the service area.
The Centralized Waitlist offers a one-stop shop for parents and caregivers to apply for child care within the region, allowing them to apply to all their desired sites with just one application.
How does it work?
- Parents or Guardians complete the “Access” survey provided on this page, to gain access to the waitlist
- An email will be sent to the Parent or Guardian giving further details on the waitlist process and provide the submission form
- Parents or Guardians are asked a series of questions relating to themselves and the children they wish to put on the waitlist
- Children may be placed onto multiple waitlists with one submission.
- Parents or Guardians will receive a follow-up email outlining the next steps upon submission.
- Once a space becomes available for the Child, operators will reach out to you and proceed with the placement process from there.
